Divide takjil just before iftar (ngabuburit) is usually done by a group of people who belong to a community.

While sharing takjil, a band of musicians who are members of the community and the City of Pekalongan play music together, to entertain Pekalongan and surrounding communities.

“Ramadan is a month full of blessings for those who do a lot of charity. So one of our activities is shared takjil for poor people, while we were jamming together GRSB children,” said the coordinator of GRSB, Pulung Dinar.

According to him, the mat was not the first time they title. But almost every month of Ramadan comes, they held-for takjil. “This month alone, we have conducted two times (for takjil). Last year we also hold events like this. If we routinely jamming every night of the week,” he said.
Not to forget The Bayoe, two bands that are members of the police personnel Pekalongan also enliven the jamming together. The frontman Bayoe, Brigadier Aji Irawan Suprapto, appreciate the mat.
He said he hoped similar events more regularly held. Thus, in addition to providing entertainment to the public, also can help people who are less able. “So in the future we hope to help people more,” he concluded.
